27 March 2023 \u2013 Delegations from the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University (KU), consisting of Asst. Prof. Dr. Patamaporn Sripadungtham, Vice Dean for International Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Srijidtra Charoenlarpnopparut, Dean of the Graduate School of KU; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pongsak Nuphan, Department of Environmental Engineering, paid a visit to Tamkang University in the Republic of China (Taiwan). Our faculty\u2019s delegation met with Prof. Hui-Huang Hsu, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Prof. Tzung-Hang Lee, Dean of the College of Engineering; Prof. Hsiao-Chung Tsai; Prof. Mark Horng-Yuan Shih; and Prof. Chi-wang Li.

At this meeting, both parties discussed academic issues regarding language regulations for students who wish to study at universities in Taiwan, including considering ways to prepare a Memorandum of Understanding for academic cooperation in the Double\/Dual Master’s Degree in Engineering Program. In addition, they followed up on the progress of accepting students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering for internships at Tamkang University. Furthermore, they introduced KU\u2019s Department of Electrical Engineering to the Tamkang University representatives for the purpose of creating cooperation and research networks through which both institutions will collaborate in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
