On 20 March 2024, Dr. Suleeporn Bunbongkarn, Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the
Chaipattana Foundation, visited Kasetsart University\u2019s Faculty of Engineering. Asst. Prof. Dr.
Patamaporn Sripadungtham, Vice Dean for International Affairs, welcomed her. She introduced Dr.
Suleeporn to various professors and staff of the Faculty of Engineering and gave her a tour of our
faculty\u2019s research facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The Chaipattana Foundation was established by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej in 1988 as a
foundation that would serve to provide prompt, timely and necessary responses to problems affecting
the Thai people through various development projects. The foundation initiates and manages projects in
the fields of agricultural development, environmental quality improvement, water and natural resources
management, social development, cultural conservation, energy development, and natural disaster
relief and recovery throughout Thailand.<\/p>\n
