Faculty members and students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering received awards for their presentations at the 14th TSME International Conference on Mechanical Engineering (TSME-ICoME2024). The conference was jointly organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, and the Thai Society of Mechanical Engineers (TSME). The event was held from December 10-13, 2024, under the theme “Innovation Beyond Frontier.” The awards ceremony took place on December 13, 2024, at Centara Point Hotel Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The awards were as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Second Runner-Up Award in Energy Technology and Management (ETM) was presented to Mr. Thanaboon Thongweroj, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanet Katchasuwanmanee, and team for their presentation titled “Energy Efficiency Prediction of Ground Source Heat Pumps Using Time Series Artificial Neural Networks.” This study makes significant contributions to the development of renewable energy technology.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    • Third Runner-Up Award in Biomechanics and Bioengineering (BME) was awarded to Mr. Naphat Srisangwal, Asst.Prof.Dr. Attaporn Wisessint, and team for their presentation titled “Design Principles, Finite Element Analysis, and Static Load Testing of 3D-Printed Ankle Support Devices.” This work represents an important advancement in the development of modern medical device technology.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
