On 9 October, 2026, the Faculty of Engineering held a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding on academic collaboration between Kasetsart University\u2019s Faculty of Engineering and Thaioil Energy Services Co., Ltd. Thaioil is the largest oil refinery in Thailand and a flagship refinery of the PTT Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Dr Wanchai Yodsudjai, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, signed the memorandum with Ms Suchada Deechaiya, Executive Director. Assoc Prof Dr Anusorn Suebsai of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Ms Sukulya Veeradaechapol, Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Thaioil Group, signed as witnesses. Administrators, faculty members, and staff from both organizations attended the ceremony, which was held in Meeting Room 0203 of the Chuchat Kamphu Building at the Faculty of Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate academically and share knowledge, provide scholarships, accept students for professional training, and support cooperative education internships. The partnership aims to equip students with knowledge and skills aligned with the needs of employers and the labour market. The agreement is effective for three years from the signing date.<\/p>\n
