AIoT is the joint Master’s degree program between Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) and Kasetsart University (KU), under collaboration with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) in Japan to produce a multidisciplinary engineer with software programming skills and a broad background in electronic engineering.

Kasetsart University and SIIT, Thammasat University, under collaboration with the National Science and Technology Development Agency and Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, jointly offer a Master’s degree program in Sustainable Energy and Resources Engineering (SERE) to produce highly qualified engineers with a solid background of advanced knowledges on sustainable energy, material, resources and environment, are required, to solve many technological issues.

International Doctoral Degree Program (D.Eng.)

Our doctoral program prepares students for the rigorous demands of developing and implementing effective operational and management systems and for careers in research and development or academia. Our doctorate program is unique since qualified students have an option to study abroad (Joint Doctoral Programs) at our partner universities.

The emphasis of the doctorate study is on research. Currently, there are three core research areas namely:

  • Operations Research
  • Quality and Systems Engineering
  • Manufacturing and Production Systems

Tuition Fees

Study Periods

First Semester: August – December
Second Semester: January – May

  • The maximum permissible period for the completion of a master’s degree does not exceed 5 academic years as deemed from the date of acceptance for study by The Graduate School.
  • The maximum permissible period for the completion of a doctoral degree does not exceed 8 academic years for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, and does not exceed 6 academic years for candidates with a master’s degree. Students are to register for doctoral degrees for a duration of not less than 4 regular semesters, and students are to study for not less than 3 regular semesters at Kasetsart University.
