On November 27, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chawalit Kittichaikarn, Assistant Dean for International
Affairs, welcomed Professor Gui Lohmann, Director (Associate Dean) International, from Griffith
University’s Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Sciences Group in Australia. The meeting aimed
at discussing academic collaboration and strategies towards student, staff, and faculty
exchange programs. Representatives from the Departments of Materials Engineering and
Aerospace Engineering also participated in the discussion.
The Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University (KU), has a continuous collaboration through
the International Undergraduate Program (IUP), facilitating short-term student exchanges at
Griffith University. This meeting marks an expansion of cooperation and also lays the
groundwork for future collaboration with other departments between the two universities.
