
Mr. Krittin Auewattananapun, a Master’s student in the Double Degree Program in Materials Engineering jointly offered by Kasetsart University, Thailand and the Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan, has been awarded the Student Award for his outstanding research presentation titled:
âSynchrotron spectroscopic insights into oxygen vacancy engineering for self-aligned solution-processed oxide TFTsâ
The award was presented at the 10th International Symposium on Organic and Inorganic Electronic Materials and Related Nanotechnologies (EM-NANO 2025), held in Fukui, Japan.
Mr. Krittin is the first student enrolled in the NAIST-KU Masterâs Double Degree Program. His research focuses on the development and analysis of semiconductor materials for thin-film transistors (TFTs). He is co-supervised by Prof. Yukiharu Uraoka and Asst. Prof. Juan Paolo Bermundo from the Information Device Science Laboratory at NAIST, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratchatee Techapiesancharoenkij from Kasetsart University
