From 29 to 31 October 2025, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, proudly hosted two international academic conferences, the 3rd International Conference on Recent Advances in Fluid Mechanics and Nanoelectronics (ICRAFMN-2025) and the 5th International Conference on Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Nanotechnology (ICAMEN-2025), at Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus, Bangkok, Thailand.





The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Damrong Sripraram, Acting President of Kasetsart University, with Prof. Dr. Wanchai Yodsudjai, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, delivering the opening report, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Chaiworapuek, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, extending a warm welcome to all participants.
The event was also honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Niti Nipun Sharma, President of Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), together with representatives from Manipal Institute of Technology Bengaluru, National Institute of Technology, and Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), who served as co-organizers.
During the ceremony, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was officially signed between Kasetsart University and Manipal University Jaipur to strengthen academic collaboration, joint research initiatives, and student–faculty exchanges. The MOU was signed by Dr. Damrong Sripraram and Prof. Dr. Niti Nipun Sharma, with Prof. Dr. Wanchai Yodsudjai and Prof. Dr. Santosh Patil from MUJ serving as witnesses. The agreement will be in effect for three years, focusing on promoting academic excellence, personnel development, and collaborative research between the two institutions.
The joint conferences served as an international platform for knowledge exchange and research dissemination among scholars, researchers, faculty members, and students from various countries. More than 200 research papers were presented during the three-day event, covering topics under four major themes: Mathematics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, and Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Key focus areas included Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Renewable Energy, Nanotechnology, and Smart Manufacturing.













This international collaboration reflects Kasetsart University’s strong commitment to advancing research and innovation in engineering, fostering global partnerships, and driving technological development on an international scale.
