The Department of Civil Engineering hosts the 14th global Project Based Learning (gPBL)

The Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, hosted the 14th global Project Based Learning (gPBL) under the theme: “The Role of Civil Engineers in Applying AI for Sustainable Climate Change Mitigation”. The event served as a platform for exchanging academic knowledge, fostering friendship, and building good relationships among faculty members, students, and staff from various institutions. Prof. Dr. Wanchai Yodsudjai, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, presided over the opening ceremony. The event was held on August 28, 2024, at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, with 135 participants from leading educational institutions both in Thailand and abroad. Participating institutions included Kasetsart University (KU) Bangkhen and Sriracha campuses, Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Suranaree University of Technology, and Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) from Japan.

The event took place from August 27 to September 5, 2024. In addition to knowledge exchange activities, participants also had the opportunity to visit and study at the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (Public Organization) in Chonburi province.
