On August 4, 2025, from 08:00 to 09:00 hrs, the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, hosted a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Airbus Flight Operations Services Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Airbus Group and a key player in the global aviation industry. The ceremony was held at Meeting Room 0203, Chuchat Kamphu Building.
Professor Dr. Wanchai Yodsudjai, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, warmly welcomed the Airbus delegation led by Mr. Bert Porteman, highlighting the significance of this collaboration in fostering academic development and creating opportunities for students to gain real-world industry experience.
This partnership encompasses a range of initiatives, including:
- Special lectures delivered by Airbus experts, focusing on specialized topics in Flight Operations Support – an area rarely covered in traditional classroom settings.
- Internship and site visit opportunities at Airbus facilities in Singapore, allowing students to gain professional skills and broaden their global perspective.
The Faculty of Engineering believes that this collaboration marks the beginning of a sustainable partnership that will benefit both students and the future of engineering education in Thailand.
