
The Faculty of Engineering would like to congratulate the students of the SKUBA team for their achievement in finishing 4th in the world in the Total Score Challenge competition in the Standard Social Platform, or SSPL, category, as well as receiving the runner-up award in the Open Challenge category at the RoboCup@Home, a home robotics competition. The RoboCup@Home, which forms part of the RoboCup 2023 international robotics competition, was held in Bordeaux, France, between July 4 and 10, 2023, with a competition dedicated to domestic robots. A total of 30 teams from 21 countries from all
over the world were selected for the final round. SKUBA’s team members consisted of students from the Department of Electrical Engineering, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanjanapan Sukvichai acting as their advisor.
