On February 29, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, led by Professor.Dr. Wanchai Yodsudjai and Assoc.Prof. Aphichart Rodchanarowan, Vice Dean for Human Resource, and Somchoke Ruengittinun from the Faculty of Science, welcomed the executives and professors from Yuan Ze University, Republic of China (Taiwan) on the occasion of their visit to Kasetsart University and the Faculty of Engineering.
The visitors consisted of the following:

- Rung-Bin Lin (林榮彬) Dean, College of Informatics
- Yun-Chia Liang (梁韵嘉) Chief of Global Affairs Office
- Chi-Wei John Lan (藍祺偉) Chair & Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science
- Tien-Lung Sun (孫天龍) Professor, Department of Industrial Engineering Deputy Director, Research Center for Smart Production & Innovation Management
- Fang-Bor Weng (翁芳柏) Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Director, Green Technology Research Center
- Balaji Gururajan (巴拉吉) Assistant Professor, International Program in Electrical and Communication Engineering
The discussions focused on establishing a strong foundation for academic cooperation. This included exploring collaborative research projects in areas of mutual interest, the exchange of professors and students was also a key topic, aiming to foster both academic collaboration and cultural exchange between the institutions. Yuan Ze University also extended a scholarship offer to Kasetsart University students interested in pursuing further studies at their institution. Overall, the visit aimed to pave the way for a future filled with closer collaboration between the two universities.
