On 25 August, 2026, Professor Dr Wanchai Yodsudjai, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Kasetsart University, presided over the opening ceremony of the Global Project-Based Learning – Thailand (gPBL-Thailand) 2026 student exchange seminar.
Held for the eighth consecutive year, this student exchange program is an academic collaboration between Kasetsart University’s Department of Civil Engineering and Japan’s Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT). Professor Dr Supakit Nontananand and Professor Shinya Inazumi served as project chairs.
The program ran from 24 August to 1 September, 2026, with a total of 110 participants.
