Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Kasetsart University (KU), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT),
Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) and National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE)

Theme : Roles of civil engineers during and after the COVID-19 pandemic

The Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, organized an online academic exchange program for students and lecturers. The participating universities were Kasetsart University (KU), Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) and National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE). The main objective was to achieve concrete cooperation and academic exchange between Thai and overseas universities in the future.

The theme of this project was “Roles of civil engineers during and after the COVID-19 pandemic”. It was held from 7 until 15 September 2020 at the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, and also included a technical site visit to Khem Lek Company, Ltd. A total of 104 people participated in the project.
