Engineering Faculty Co-Organizes the 36th International Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference (PVSEC-36)

Asst. Prof. Dr. Patamaporn Sripadungtham from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, participated as a co-organizer and joined the opening ceremony of the 36th International Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference (PVSEC-36): A Project to Honor Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Royal Highness’s 70th Birthday Anniversary on 2 April 2025.

The event gathered 462 participants from 34 countries worldwide, including faculty members, academics, researchers, students, and representatives from governmental and private-sector organizations in the field of photovoltaic technology. The conference was held at Chulalongkorn University.

PVSEC-36 took place from 9–14 November 2025, jointly hosted by Kasetsart University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Chulalongkorn University, the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and the Thai Photovoltaic Industries Association.
On behalf of Kasetsart University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dulpichet Rerkpreedapong, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, attended the opening ceremony on 13 November 2025.

This international conference served as a platform for institutions and experts to present research and development in photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic systems, and related policies, as well as to exchange new knowledge and advancements in solar cell technology from around the world.
