The Engineering Tomorrow Talk — Mindset for Growth wrapped up on 21 September, 2026, leaving students inspired and energized.
The career-readiness seminar was held through a collaboration on the Engineering Tomorrow Park (Industry-Driven Learning Ecosystem) platform between Kasetsart University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering and Siam Motors Group. It took place in Room 5404, Building 5.
The event was brimming with energy, with more than 100 students from the Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Electromechanical Manufacturing Engineering (EMME) programs taking part.
More than a traditional seminar, it was a hands-on active learning experience.
With an entirely interactive format, students worked alongside the expert speakers to rethink their perspectives, take on challenges, and participate in workshops:
- Growth Mindset & Career Readiness: Students exchanged perspectives, tackled real-world scenarios and took part in thought-provoking activities in order to transform their mindsets to tackle industry-scale problems.
- Real-World Experience & Active Engagement: Speakers shared first-hand experience from leading organizations across Siam Motors Group’s more than 70 affiliated companies. Students drove the discussion through live Q&A, debates, and interactive workshops throughout the 2-hour session.
It was a fun, welcoming experience packed with knowledge, inspiration, and practical action plans for personal growth.
